Time is on Your Side

Do you ever think if you only had more time, then you could accomplish all that you need to do?

Me too!  But I soon realized that every day I’m only given 24 hours, no more and no less than every one else.

So how could others accomplish so much with the same time that I have each day?

Luckily I found an excellent book called “How to Live on 24 Hours a Day”.  It really was an eye opener and made me realize that I too can learn to utilize my time more efficiently and get more out of my give time deposit each day.

Further she details in the video the role of the left and right brain and how through our conscious attention we can choose to become more “here and now”.

If you have read any of Eckhart Tolle’s books this should give a deeper understanding into what your brain is doing.

Set aside 18 minutes and really listen to what is being said.

You are more than your brain, it is an amazing tool that has been given to us in this reality.
