Meditation has been in the news a lot lately and I, for one, am glad that people are finally realizing the amazing benefits this simple practice can bring into our lives.

I also want to emphasize that many of the benefits of meditation are not just something made up by Yoga gurus and the like, but many benefits have been scientifically PROVEN to actually exist.
To me this is icing on the cake. Meditation has a real effect on us and their is science to back it up!
